Last week replaced two meals with SOLO slimming shakes. Only ate dinner ( and a bounty bar yesterday after dinner 🥲)
Just watching what I eat and always going for the healthy options is not working for me, I have to be hungry 😢
186.7 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 32.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
