oh god help me, never in my life i thought i would weight 100+ kg 😱😱
230.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 80.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1600 kcal Fat: 67.14g | Prot: 54.66g | Carb: 210.19g.   Breakfast: Oatly Oat Milk, Linwoods Milled Organic Flaxseed, Meridian Date Syrup , Tesco Chia Seeds, Oats Cereal (without Salt, Cooked with Water, Unenriched) . Lunch: Yeast, Sun-Dried Tomatoes (in Oil, Drained) , Sun-Dried Tomatoes , Tomatoes, Courgette. Dinner: Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce, Sun Grown Cashew Nuts, Walnuts, Tesco Medium Avocado, Tomatoes, Cos or Romaine Lettuce . Snacks/Other: Medjool Dates , Tesco Whole Pickled Gherkins , Sun Grown Cashew Nuts, Grapefruit (Pink and Red and White) . more...

I was 109.2kg when I started this app and a bit heavier before that so you can do it but you have to sacrifice and push yourself
