Used my new tape measure and I hate it 😆.

Today’s goals:
Work outside (set up greenhouse, rake leaves)
Pick up food prep from vendor
Yoga
Walk
Veggie prep
Work on planner- goals for week
Work on painting
257.0 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
