Still the same . To be honest I have once again found myself in a bad place . Hence the need to comfort eat . All the stuff that is no good for you . So January 2021 I once again restart my diet diary. I am going to using the old pro-points with Weight Watchers . So if you see lots of numbers with my posts , it is the points system .
26 pro-points daily 31 pro-points for a bounce effect weekly .
I will be using the pro-points system for exercise also . The more exercise I do the more pro-points I have to work with .
If I want to stay the same weight 26 pro-points everyday . But if I want to lose extra weight, then it is going to be less than the 26 pro-points allocated but using my exercise pro-points gained . So watch this space I managed 2 stone the last time . Let's wait and see where we go, shall we . I am going to be using regular Diary, along side updated photos of before , during and after .
