I have put the Christmas goodies in a different cupboard that I don't open often. Was actually suprised to find a box of Lindor I had put away in the summer.

235.0 lb Lost so far: 4.9 lb. Still to go: 47.6 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 0.4 lb a week
