Been a long time, 133 days since I checked in here. Really hurt my back and was laid-up for a long time and unable to exercise and barely able to move some days. Without a doubt, that was some of the worst pain I have ever felt (even cried myself to sleep some nights). Rest, taking it easy, and meditation has slowly helped me heal. I was still able to eat healthy. Just not able to do any kind of exercise and I have a weight gain to show for it. Good news is that I am able to walk again regularly and can even get a jog in here-and-there. Too afraid to lift any kind of weight yet though.
