Va tau ir pyrago gabalėlis vakare :((( šiaip net 1600 kcal dienos normos neviršijo ir vis tiek pusę kilo up :(
132.1 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
