ok, I am back after a long time away. Fortunately I haven't gained any more weight than when I left. But really want to lost that last stubborn 10lbs.
125.0 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It is not easy but you can do this. What do you need to do to mix it up a bit??? Sometimes our bodies get in a rut because we feed it the same stuff and exercise the same way. Good luck with reaching your goal. :-)
