치킨빨로 몸무게 유지하는거 같네;;
순탄수 100g 이상으로 고탄수 식단으로 3000kcal 가까이는 먹어야 증량하는구만...
95.7 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.7 lb a week
