Yaaaay! I am bace where I was before my "spontaneous weight gain" last week. Wow. I can not believe that it took me a whole week to get back here again. I wonder what happened? I guess just normal weigh fluxuation. Oh well...
Today is a LONG day. I have work, then second job right after. I work from 8:00 am to 9:30 pm with a one hour break for travelling and eating dinner between the jobs.
I am bringing both lunch and dinner to be reheated at work, so I should be fine. I did great last week - even managed to get som extra exercise in there by walking between jobs.
Life is good.
