no excuses, just bn piddled off this week, given myself a good shake, n hope Nicola Sturgeon lets us people who are " Shielding" allowed out even just once a day to exercise x
151.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
