Aaaargh! Jenny was so expensive for the week. So, I'm trying to cut corners... does anyone have any advice?

If you basically know the diet, you could do it at home. It'd be cheaper for you.

Do your own breakfast.........Multigrain cheerios, special K (1 cup) with 1 cup of skim milk.
then buy your own 100 calorie snacks.....just purchase there lunch and dinner and slowly wheen yourself off until you learn what a true portion is.

Go onto the jenny Craig website and there are some forms there on money saving ideas. That really helped me. I gave up the breakfasts early along. Also, ask them at your centre, they will help you out!
But I would not stop going in for your weekly weigh ins...being accountable for your week really keeps you more so aware of what you are doing!

I was doing Jenny Criag but have now taken myself off of their food and am using their principles to continue to lose weight. It's working. I'm still losing through the holidays and I'm very excited about that.
