Early weigh-in this week as we are treating ourselves to our first takeaway in 12 weeks this evening! At least that will give us 8 days to shift the damage 🤣 Happy Weekend FS x
233.5 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
