I swear the only whooshes I get are when the prednisone is out of my system 😬 At least that is off. Another week and 1/2 to see if I can break through 197 finally.

We do got this my skinny 🤗☺️💪 I’m so excited, I have my whole food day logged and my macros look awesome this week 💃🏻I work today so donkey kicks and squats only. But, I’m feeling hopeful that I will break through this mini goal♥️💜💚
