So officially started 4week detox diet on Tuesday. Had some moments where I cheated (pop tarts, twix candy bar, bacon, hash browns, sweet tea - wow when I write it out that’s more than a few moments 😬). But I’ve maintained a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise 9 out 11 past days, mostly bike rides but some walks and cardio exercises too. Still having back stiffness but pain is less. Walking up and down the stairs in my house in still difficult. Some says easier than others, but i know it’s still early on with my detox and I haven’t committed 100%. Really going to work towards no cheating, just to see if I can rid my belly fat and inflammation, that my doctor who put be on the detox diet thinks will help ease my back and knee pain. I have noticed that swelling in my feet is gone 🙂. The bike rides with my daughter have been the best, riding down a trail to a creek not far from our house that I never knew was there and just enjoying outside quality time with my teen.
213.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 38.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
