Stayed the same, been a crap week for me, health wise, but it starts again today.
Please, everyone be safe with whats going on due to Coronavirus, if uve any elderly staying beside you, go n make sure theyre ok, n got a wee bit of food in, everyone be safe x
152.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
