Well I'm not sure the last time I was in the 160s. Probably my teens. If I were to pay attention to the BMI chart I could probably stop here, but I still have a fair bit of belly fat I want to get rid of.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 57.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
