There's been a few nights out and a couple of pub trips since my last weigh-in. Things have been fairly static so I'm spending this week on Huel only, to kickstart the weight loss again.
183.6 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
