I’m not sweating the “gain”. I know it’s from hormones and that time of the month (bloating, yay!) and hardly getting any sleep last night. I’ve been doing everything right and know it will reflect once my hormones stabilize. Gotta trust the process. 😊
197.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
