Did you eat an extra 7,000 kcal this week? If not then some of this is just water. Did you have a lot of sodium? That makes me gain water easily. Also gain when it dehydrated. You’ve got this! I agree it’s better to record and own any loss or gain. You’ll like looking back later to see the ups and downs that naturally occur with weight loss.

Thanks for your faith in me Bella and Peeper. Life happens. I'm in it for the long haul. Been logging today and plan to stay within a smart RDI. I work at an elementary school and there will be so much junk given to me. I will have to be strong. Even though I ask people not to send junk, they can't help themselves. They mean well...

Ate 1500 calories today, much better. At least I haven’t gained back every pound I lost.

Good for you. I'm often tempted not to log when I overeat, but then I realize I'd only be lying to myself. And that's a slippery slope I don't want to go down. Good luck on your journey.
