It’s been a rough 2 months. I’ve lost a lot of my progress. Not starting back as heavy as I was in July 2019, but I’m not on track. Slowly getting it together again.

Take a look at why you got side tracked and think about how you will adapt and cope with other stressful situations so that this doesn’t continue to be a repetitive problem. There will never, ever be a time in your life without stress—- believe me, I’m 71. You have to alter your way of coping with stress. You can do it. Over eating, gaining weight just compounds the stress you feel.

I am so very glad to see you back! It is OK... Life is just rough sometimes. We have pretty much all been there some way or another. Moving forward is so worth it no matter where you are at!
