Nae excuse, Ive not bn doing my diary, n not weighing my food correctly, need a kick up the bak side, go away in 4weeks, so Im gonna give masel a good shake xx
152.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Im still having problems with changing weights of food, ( say ive documented 30g raisins, but want to change it to 20g raisins, wont let me) only bn like this since it updated itself x tia x 🤔
