I've lost 4 lbs since I started here at Fat secret. While I know that it's probably water... who cares!?! It's still 4LBS! :) and I'll gladly take it!! :)

I agree - weight loss is weight loss! It's weight that's not there to make your joints or muscles ache, or get in your way, or interfere w/your health! Awesome job, congratulations!
