Two days now of 2 Premier protein shakes, and scale is finally moving. Drastic and not a recommended path, but I had to get that scale unstuck. Having a shake for breakfast, but going to dinner with friends tonight, so will find something safe and see if I can keep this ball rolling.
196.9 lb Lost so far: 14.1 lb.    Still to go: 56.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
