Semi-fasted yesterday--2 Premier protein shakes (30 grams of protein each) and a peach. Took 1/4 water pill. Have been so frustrated as FAITHFULLY measuring and logging everything and eating 53% of recommended 1350 diet calories. Even at that restriction, Weight had yoyoed at the 200 mark and I weighed as much yesterday as when I started Fat Secret 13 days ago. Had to break that barrier. May do again today--I need to see some results as I refuse to give in.
198.3 lb Lost so far: 12.7 lb.    Still to go: 58.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
