have been hovering around the 200 mark for several weeks. This challenge is to bust through that barrier and then some!!
200.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 60.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

was just at 200 lbs 2 months ago. I had the urge to jump over the goat fence and I went for it! I flew over the fence and decided that it was time to push mow my lawn because I felt healthy enough! I started mowing my cousins lawns just to lose the weight. Im at 187 now! You can do it!
