19 days lost when it comes to my weightloss, and some pounds gained back. I honestly wish I had a better reason aside from my husband refusing to clean up after our Son, so I can exercise... I can't use that as an excuse not to eat right, or as an excuse at all, though I work nights, and sleep most of the day, I guess rather than spending time with my Son, I could have been cleaning... *sigh*, but the arrangement my Hubby and I have is I work, he stays home... if I were staying home, I would have the house clean, perhaps not spotless, but acceptably clean. A repeat of yesterday would be devastating! I didn't record it on the site, but, throughout the day I ate and drank: 7 donuts, 2 corn dogs, a sandwhich with turkey, lettuce, bacon, mayo, red pepper on onion roll, almost a whole half gallon of chocolate milk, 2 or 3 cokes...
285.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 160.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
