Ok, I may have to go back to daily weigh-ins. Clearly I am not doing as well with the weekly weigh-ins. My weekly movement stats has me exceeding the daily target by 29%. My food choices have been within reason as are the portions.

Ok. New day, new opportunity. Get back to losing that weight!
282.8 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 104.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week
