Woke at 229.6, down 3.0 after an OMAD day (lunch only). Had drinks at happy hour but no food. Driving to Ohio today to start a two-week vacation. Will be visiting family along the way. Will try to stick to the WOE as much as possible while enjoying myself. UPDATE: Weighed 231.0 after the travel day.
