Gained 4 lbs over the holiday, but I think it may be water weight because I lost 2 lbs since Christmas already. I know there was a lot of salt, fat, and sugar in Christmas dinner. My main focus now is to cut the simple sugars and increase my physical activity to at least 3 hours of cardio, and 2 - 3 days olf resistance or yogalates per week.
