I just realized that since our scale is only meant to go up to 280lbs, that there is about a 5lb unmarked gap in between 280 and 0... so I was actually 320lbs when I started and 283lbs now, so I didn't gain 2lbs, I still lost 3lbs, and I'm not too concerned with the number right now as long as it keeps going DOWN!!
