ランチ米抜き、夕飯 豆乳+プロテイン、豆腐チゲ鍋
ちょっと減った

けど、腹も減るわー汗
164.0 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.2 lb a week
