This is not authentic in my view... the above weight is because I was fasting and had not eat since 10 the previous night and then also exercise on an empty stomach... but I guess I’ll take it any way it comes... but won’t be surprised if it is up tomorrow depending on when I get to exercise...
162.0 lb Lost so far: 45.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
