Started MetaboLife Ultra Stage 1, 2 days ago. Was cautious of what I was eating but didn't deprive myself of some pumpkin pie. I do notice increase in energy and decrease in appetite. Going to continue using it as recommended on the bottle. Monday I will start my cardio at the YMCA and feeling like I need to work out today I am going to be working out with Jillian Michaels...at home... on dvd ;) Also, psyching myself out for Thanksgiving already. It's just another day, no reason to go crazy. I'm going to have a little bit of everything but will mostly concentrate on veggies and protein, may even skip desert.
