I just joined this site, but I started my diet in April 2008 at 315lbs, so far I have lost 26lbs, when I found out I surpassed my first mini weight loss goal, I fell off the wagon for three weeks, and am getting back on today. Thankfully I didn't gain any weight back! I just put in my weigh-in history, to give me a visual of my weight loss along this journey!
