I've been taking it easy for a month or so. Turned 40. Went on hol to Iceland. I've eaten and drunk a lot so 3lb increase isn't too scary. Time to get back on the wagon though before the chart starts going in the wrong direction again!
194.5 lb Lost so far: 30.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
