I think last weekend finally caught up with me yesterday and today. This past weekend I indulged for my Harry Potter marathon as I described before. This week I've intermittently fasted, I've been back on keto, and I've kept my calories at a deficit. That is why I was so shocked that I weighed less after last weekend than before it. And then this week now that I'm being good I've gained. I know it is an ebb and flow, but that is super frustrating. I've still been exercising too. This weekend I only hit my minimum of 7,500 steps but this week I've been over 12,000 steps everyday yesterday being 5 steps from 16,000. So I'm more active too. I have to remind myself that this is a trend of going down and it won't go down everyday. I need to stick with it. I just need to stick with it.
