I am sorry. I'm on weight watchers, not low carb. Most of these questions really do not apply to me. But, I can remain until the end and just check in for lost lbs., if any? Thanks.

This is for a group I'm in. I believe I joined the wrong group. Still trying to navigate around FS.

Oh jamorgan, I saw your name on the Challenge. You are very, very welcome. I can see it seems strange since it speaks about low carbs but it's really worth while no matter what kind of dieting you are doing. I joined in December and I am just learning about FatSecret. I joined for my health mainly but I'm learning and just cutting out grains and other things that turn to sugar in my body, has caused the pounds to really come off and now I need to go on maintenance. Welcome to Fatsecret and welcome to the challenge. I haven't even started the fiber challenge, and will just now try to start with the liquids.
Maybe it is destiny that you joined by mistake. Maybe you will want to learn more about the foods that turn to sugar in your body. Even at a normal weight I am pre-diabetic.

Snowwhite100, I'm trying to avoid all those challanges. I'm basically borderline everything except pre diabetes. Very lucky so far for my age. My main challenge is cutting waaaaay down on sugar. That's how I gained so much weight. And by challenges, I mean dietary challenges and medical challenges. Very thankful for zero meds and medical issues. Trying to keep this as a choice instead of "medically necessary." Thanks so much for your commentary and encouragement!
