The scale isn't the only factor to look at. I have only lost 5 pounds since Dec. 26th. On that day I attempted to try on an old pair of jeans I couldn't even get the zipper zipped half way and definitely couldn't button them. Well on Sunday I wore those jeans comfortably. So while I have been discouraged by the scale this made my weekend and is encouraging me to stick with this weight loss thing.
