I’m back on track. My goal for the next seven days is to stay below 220. The big challenge will be resisting the nacho bar at my in-law’s party on Sunday. But, I think I can stick with meat and toppings, and avoid the chips. I make a mean guacamole, and I’m sure they wouldn’t mind if I brought some.
219.6 lb Lost so far: 50.4 lb.    Still to go: 41.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

great. You can do it. Have a plan and then execute it. I like to arrive at places with a lot of temptations a bit stuffed rather than hungry.
