I so need to get out of 83 kg... discovered yesterday that the high heart rate I have been keeping when running at the gym does not necessarily burn fat. I need to go slower... so even though I am sweating a lot, does not necessarily help for fat burning... always something new to learn... I need to figure out this exercising thing... I need to get direction, work out a plan... which I do not have right now... 🤸🏽♀️🧘🏽♀️🧗🏽♀️🚴🏽♀️🏊🏽♀️
