Start the cycle again... Relieved, really not sure what happened with yesterday's reading... But I was certain to eat right and definitely exercise a little harder, take cardio to a little higher level. Enjoyed pushing myself...No oats for me today, too much carb☹️
188.3 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
