Day 11 of 14 MA- interesting, I ate a bit of cheese cake yesterday and thought I would be up, but my body seemed to handle it quiet well... IMPRESSIVE!!! I’m very encouraged about the change. Joined the Gym, so will start working out in the gym now... looking forward to the change
189.4 lb Lost so far: 18.3 lb.    Still to go: 46.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
