The scales this morning brought real disappointment. As far as I can see I am staying well below the 1,000 calorie upper limit I have set myself for lunches. Breakfast and Dinner are a 114g serving of Huel. There are no snacks in between anything, yet the weight has bounced up these last two days rather than going down. All very frustrating. I keep telling myself that no matter what I must not throw my hands in the air and give up.
231.5 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 66.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Look at the bigger picture of where you want to be and where you started. It is hard. I feel similar at the moment. Trying to remember why I'm doing this and resist the temptation to cheer myself up with chocolate!
