After two days on Huel only there is a further weight drop. I realise that at present it is early days and there is currently a significant calorie deficit between the 3,000 calories most calculators think I need for 'maintenance' and the <2,000 I am eating. As my weight drops I will need fewer calories overall and the rate of loss will slow. However, for the moment I am enjoying stepping on the scales and seeing it drop.
Today I am back to 2 Huel meals plus College lunch. Today that was spicy noodles with prawns plus all the veg. Once again I have no idea how many calories went in.
A couple of weeks ago I had constant pain in my bad knee, exacerbated by the heat. Last week that became a low-level ache that felt like it was coming from within my lower leg. That ache has almost gone now, which is also making me much less grumpy.
