Woo-Hoo! Notwithstanding my concerns from yesterday about the absence of any calorie friendly lunch my weight is down once again according to the scales this morning. Although it's early days this starts to start to feel like progress.

The coffee flavoured Huel is fine for breakfast. I can't quite bring myself to claim that I am looking forward to it each day, but the taste an texture are fine and leaving it in the fridge overnight means it is pleasantly chilled first thing.

Here's hoping for a more calorie friendly lunch at work today.
231.0 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 65.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
