Status quo on the weight. Happy with that, as I don't want to drop any more. Just want to continue to tone and define. Seems to be working cause the 30 waist is starting to slid, time to invest in another belt. Getting ready for a few days at the coast 😸. Need a break from work. Will have to rely on walking and bodyweight exercises. That's the great thing about those, no equipment to lug around 👍. Hope y'all are having a great day.
