10st 4.4 Fat 25.3% (altho this was done later in the day not first thing like usual) No WW. Well, for a weigh in without the usual *ahem* preamble, I was pretty chuffed with this!! Off to Romania Tues where the heat will probably melt me, but I'm still hoping to do the castle up 1500 steps, and if I don't win a fitbit badge for it I shall want to know why!!
