4 LBS down the swanney!!! I am so ruddy delighted. That alchohol is definitley staying out of my lifestyle for a while. I am wearing a skirt today that hasn't fitted for years - it was at the back of the cupboard gathering dust. I Feel FAB.
191.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

That is awesome.. getting into old clothes is just about the best thing ever.. there is no chance that it is just a generous cut.. you used to wear it then you could not.. and now thanks to hard work you can once more...
