This is my third time using weight watchers, and I must say that it is sinking in pretty well. The first two times around I thought of it as " I just want to lose weight. I don't care about all of that other crap that goes along with it. I just want to be SKINNY!" Well, I am taking my time this go around, and I must say that I am truly learning the importance of eating properly and drinking all of my water. This next week is the week to incorporate activity! I have small goals and I hope that they will snowball into a great success story! This past week was great and I hope this next week will be too!
